Unlike Kate Moss, Miranda said she is not one of those chain-smoking model moms who claims that 'nothing tastes better than skinny feels.'

She said, 'If you want to have a little indulgence every now and then, then that’s okay. Sometimes I’ll feel like some dark chocolate or sometimes I’ll feel like some French fries.'

'We were friends for at least six months first after we met, so it was a very nice way to start. Romance followed friendship,' she told the new fashion-forward luxury magazine.

The Aussie model, who often appears scantily clad in bikinis and lingerie, also shared her secrets with the magazine on how she she shed the baby weight she gained from giving birth to her adorable 13-month-old son Flynn.

Pictures from Haute Muse show the beauty in an array of slinky dresses including a beaded pink dress, a hot pink gown, a sequined navy number, and a sheer red dress.

Meanwhile Miranda has recently been in Australia where she took to the runway for Australian department store David Jones autumn/winter collection on February 15 in Sydney.

During the show she kept relatively covered up in a Josh Goot tuxedo and other glamorous couture.

'I'm glad I'm not in another bikini, especially with people this close,' she said backstage at the event where her parents Therese and John sat in the front row.

She added that motherhood had changed her sense of style, saying: 'Maybe I'm a little more conservative. I absolutely love the Josh Goot tuxedo. It's very contemporary, modern and chic. [The Collette Dinnigan dress] is quite strong in its own way too.'

Miranda and Orlando, 35, have been in her native land with Flynn for the past couple of weeks.

While she is busy with photo shoots, Orlando is en route to New Zealand to film Peter Jackson's The Hobbit, a prequel to the Lord of the Rings trilogy. In a radio interview on the Kyle and Jackie O radio program, Orlando gushed over his model wife.

'I was very proud of her. To have just had a baby and then got back up on to do that. I don't think its easy for those girls. They make it look easy, but you know, it's a lot of work to look good.

'(Models need) confidence to strut it out there. There's always the people that want to have a dig at you for this that and the other. That's the price you pay.'

He said that he would rather stay home with his son than attend glitzy red carpet events.

'Where it is possible I try to make a point of doing (the child-minding) it myself. He's a baby. I hate to not see him walking and crawling and doing all those things and I just like hanging out with him. It's the nature of our lives.

'Time sort of loses its perspective and where were you and what were you doing.... I don't want that to be that case with Flynn. I really want to have that connection and feel that bond.'
